Eligibility Conditions:Please carefully review the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Scotton Racing reserves the right to refuse the return or impose a restocking fee of at least 15%. All returned items must be new, in their original, unaltered packaging (including an intact UPC code), and must include all packaging material, blank warranty cards, manuals, free items, and accompanying accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from the total refund. Scotton Racing can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Manufacturer's Warranties
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Specific tire information is available on each tire model's product page via a "Warranty" link. Find your tire by brand here.
Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Return for Refund or Exchange
All returns are subject to inspection by a Scotton Racing returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused products that have not been driven on and are not damaged are eligible for return.
Orders that are picked up at one of our distribution centers are only eligible for immediate return or exchange on the same day they are picked up. After that time, orders must be reviewed by a return specialist before an exchange or credit is provided. Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit. Please call (786) 588-1202 to make arrangements.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a return authorization number and more information on return shipments.
Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact scotton racing’s customer service department at (786) 588-1202 . We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing, and we will arrange for the return.

Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and scotton Racing’s address.

All tires (excluding racing tires) are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Standard warranty terms and durations vary by the manufacturer but typically include coverage for labor and materials. Essentially, if a tire fails due to a manufacturing defect, it is covered. If a tire fails due to issues with the vehicle or the driver, such as road hazards or punctures, it is not covered. Specific warranty information can be provided upon request.
Note: Tire warranties are the responsibility of the tire manufacturer. Freight costs incurred for tire returns are the customer's responsibility.
Selected replacement tires may also come with mileage warranties and other coverages.
